I'm not sure if people are aware of the PFA viloations that are given to women who appear in court with a kleenex in one hand and a sack of lies in the other. Anyway, the PFA order is granted soley on their word and then the fun begins. The woman can call the "perpetrator" (once the PFA is active) hundreds of times, go to his house and have sex umteen times, text him until the battery on her phone goes dead, and then when she gets ticked off, she can call the police and have him arrested and thrown in jail. It doesnt matter that she contacted him, it doesnt matter that she invites herself to his house..the man is arrested for contempt of court. The man is guilty to whatever story the woman makes up until he can prove his innocence.. thousands of dollars later. I do believe that there are some women out there that does need this order, but there are also alot of women who cry abuse and the only thing being abused is the system and the courts allow them to do it. This woman has been caught in so many lies throughout the hearings and the DA is doing nothing to her. Nothing! No charges against her for perjury, defammation of character. Something needs to be done with people who cry to the courts for a PFA and then turn around and call the "abuser" as soon as they leave the courthouse.
