State mandated open books.

Seems like the Norwegian Twp supervisors have exposed their flagrant abuse of the laws. They now claim IGNORANCE OF THE LAWS.....WELL., WHAT in the heck do they have a twp. solicitor for???? Why have they not seeked his advice????? This old school of governing has got to go. Kirwan is in too long and doesn't know to solicit opinions from the atty on board. If the people of norwegian twp don't fess up to change then they get what they deserve.
