He was a bum. The badge went to his head for sure. It doesn't matter who the cops are in any of these skook towns, when the DA and his office are good for nothing. Read the criminal court news of all the drug dealers who are let go with just probation and fines. Same goes for the DUIs. For some reason the PA sentencing guidelines in this county are not applied uniformly. Makes me sick....
