No spring or fall cleanups in Cass Twp.

Seems all boroughs and twps have a mandatory time for spring and fall cleanups and cleanouts, ie. unwanted plastics, toys, household goods, computer equip etc, and the list goes on and on. Cass Twp neither cares or wants to confront the recycling program and progress to a better environement. The twp obiously has the funds to eradicate garbage and clutter but turns a blind eye. What a bunch of morons running the show.
