Garbage Heap in Cressona

If you have driven on Pottsville Street in Cressona (the road that leads to 61 from Gordon Nagle Trail), I'm sure you have seen that eyesore of a garbage heap?

It believe its the remnants of the building that housed "George's" or "Bum's Place" or something like that---the guy always had junk for sale, thousands of ice skates, flower pots, etc.

Anyway, I don't know if the placed burnt down or got demo'd, but I saw that heap 6 mos. ago when driving through and 6mos later it is still there! Man, what a disgrace. If I were a neighbor, you can bet your ass I'd be at the next town meeting demanding that the owners clean that up. It is not only an eyesore, but a safety hazard, too.

What's wrong with these people? Just to leave it a mess like that? What's wrong with neighbors for not taking action? Do you like having a sh*tpile outside your door every day??? Even an animal will not dirty its own nest, so to speak.

Thoughts? Opinions? Feedback?
