Cell Phone Usage While Driving

.....when the hell is PA going to get on board like other states (NJ, CA, CT, etc.) and issue some sort of regulation from talking on hand-held cell phones while they're driving???? Holy cripes, there are enough bad drivers out there as it is, let alone these idiots talking on cell phones, texting, etc. Hell, I know, because I'm was guilty of it, too AND I can admit that my driving was distracted. People complain the bluetooth, hands-free adapters are too expensive, etc., but a friend found one that is very affordable and fits practically every phone on the market.
