I'd rather foot the bill for this scumbag piece of shit, as long as I know he gets beat within inches of his life at least weekly. A good 10-20 years of beatings like that would teach that person a lesson. Death for people like this is too easy. Remember, this child has to live with it for the rest of her life. So why not let the rapist live with it for a long time as well.
Anyone who hurts children needs to suffer. I personally would have no problem putting a bullet into a pedophile/rapists skull. Or better yet,beating them with a bat, just to watch their skull split open. Even if it meant life in prison, I know I would sleep well at night knowing I killed a scumbag like that.
