I heard on the radio where an 11 year old girl from somewhere in Philly, (West Kensington maybe?)...was brutally attacked and raped. The news report stated that she's going to be released from the hospital tomorrow. Her attacker didn't fair as well. Apparently the neighbors and family recognized the suspect from police drawing handouts, found the guy, and beat the hell out of him with their fists and a stick. The scumbag is in serious condition in the hospital. And, get this...a hispanic male, 26 years old.
Good for those people! Its time people start taking the law into their own hands, especially in situations like this. The news report even had the Philly Mayor commenting on the case. Although he didn;t come right out and say it, to me it sounded as if he approved of their actions.
If it were my kid or family member, I'd do the same---but they'd be calling the coroner, not the ambulance.
