Stimulus money and Job Creation

Where are all Obamas Promised jobs? Another lie form the Chimp that you all trusted to make changes.

Why is it that as soon as you travel outside of Skook cty the roads improve by 100%?

Why are all countys surrounding skook cty moving forward and building and doing major repair to its infrastructure ? But not in skook.

Someone tell me why Skook is such a shit hole?
