Since it is plain as day that you will lose sleep over this question, I will answer it.
YES, he was wearing a helmet.
Now can you sleep tonight? God, I only hope that your mind is at ease now. I know I was feeling stressed.

: Jesse,
: I'm not trying to stir anything up. All I'd
: like is a simple yes or no answer to my
: original question. Since nobody is willing
: to do so, I must assume that the answer is:
: No.
: He made the choice, let him take
: responsibility for the resulting medical
: bills.

: If you don't care, why do you keep trying to
: stir up shit?

: I don't care who's fault it was. I don't
: care
: where he was going. And I certainly don't
: see what a boy scout project has to do with
: anything. I asked if he was wearing a
: helmet. Period! Why won't you answer that
: simple question? You are correct about the
: law. A helmet is not required by all
: motorcycle operators, however I cannot think
: of a logical reason for any sane person to
: choose not to wear one. I am sick and tired
: of people doing stupid things that result in
: serious injury and then turn around and beg
: for sympathy and money.

: Insider....For your information, it wasn't
: his
: fault. He was taking his son to do a boy
: scout project and a 72 yr old guy pulled out
: in front of him and hit him. So I hope that
: satisfies everyone....if not tough shit and
: if I recall you don't need to wear a helmet
: if you don't want to.

: bag"?
:
: 2nd, I admire what Joe does for charity.
: What have you done lately?
:
: 3rd, do you even have a clue what the phrase
: 'putting a bike down' means? I get a
: feeling you don't have a clue on this one.
:
:
: 4th, and finally, I did not, in any way,
: imply that this individual did not have a
: right to post. All I asked was if the
: individual that was involved in this
: motorcycle accident was properly protected
: at the time of the accident.

: You're probably the deusche bag that calls
: and
: complains to WNEP-16 because Snedeker rides

:
: So,Why can't you just shut up and let the
: person post what they want?

:
: So you are raising money for something you
: know nothing about? What kind of friend
: would ask you to do something like that?

: I don't know the details, I was just asked

: repost it for a friend.
