Greetings from England-we get it here too! From an early age I ve always experienced very vivid night terrors and sleep walking.From about 17-18 yrs old I started to experience,(what I later discovered was to be sleep paralysis and lucid dreaming) on a regular occurence.Intially terrifying,especially with the prescence of an evil woman in the room,I began to work my way through this chill into a lovely state of incredibly vivid dreaming,usually involving flying and spinning accross rooftops.Reluctantly (coz I thought I was mad) I researched into this and found it was quite commom ALTHOUGH for what ever reason not well documented.However last nights events took a whole new meaning.For the first time F***in spaceships got involved!.Here I was lying in bed, going through the usual crazy shit when I started to float out of the window towards...wait for it,flashing coloured lights spinning around above the field outside my house.Far more real than ever the flying and somersaults were awesome as I made my way up to the lights.I didnt remember making it up,but as is often the way as you lose grip over the experience you begin to float back down to the ground.Once on the ground (I am sure some people know what i am talking about) although no longer able to fly I could still bounce pretty high over buildings...then I am back in bed,but with the craft now in my back garden.I tried to get out to it,but once again i was losing power over the experience,and just had to settle with a few boring moments laying in bed with the usual buzzing shit and lights.Had to also mention that there was a lot of eroticsm in random intervals,sadly not with blue Alien girls! Am I a schzio I ask myself? I ve always been able to feel and sometimed see ghosts etc,but as is the case amongst us, we dont go around telling the world.So why is it that for some of us we have such strange things going on,is it that we have unlocked or something has unlocked a part of our mind not understood by science.I read this morning that 'Alien abduction' has replaced the 'old hag' amongst a lot of us,well last night the 'old hag' was there but she paled into insignificance compared to he rest of the journey.If anyone outthere could provide some insight/similar experience, it would be much appreciated
