As a matter of fact, i know almost exactly what you're talking about. About a month ago, I was at home and i saw a blueish white orb of light fly across the room along the ceiling and disappear through the closet door. It was the first time i've seen anything like it, and within a week, someone at home saw a ghost...my family has never even believed in ghosts up until that point. So just to reassure you, i know what you mean, and i did see something just like it. Don't worry, you're not going crazy (or we both are).
