i have always been able to hear and see spirits. i am 21 now and have only recently learned how to ignore and take notice of spirits but over the past few months i have been afraid to open my mind and to listen and see. it seems something evil has sort of latched on to me and i cant quite get it to leave me be. its not the first time this has happened but this spirit seems to be pretty strong has anyone else experienced this if so what did you do to stop it
