The PSCA by far pays the most contingency! M/T will be paying for last year real soon. ATI & MSD are new for 2012. I never have a problem getting paid. Make sure you fill out your contingency form properly and you will eventually get paid. Dart, Calvert, MT paid, but ATI and MSD didn't. FWIW and this is a bit off the subject but I have still not been paid by M/T for my R/U at the Vegas Divisonal from last year.
