Look at pro stock. Those guys spend millions far more than they earn in payout... there is a class for everyone is my point. --Previous Message--

However, when you say something like this (which has been said before)...
"I just want to race without pulling up next to a $300k operation that is here to win $3500!"
that parts sounds like bracket racing to me... at this point, it takes experience, money, resources, and knowledge to go fast. You simply cannot regulate how much someone is willing to invest to win... if you have an issue with that my friend, there always lower classes and brackets! :-)
: I'm not against some new rules, as that is
: part of evolution! And Mel said it
: accurately that blower cars are getting out
: of hand, The NMCA class is sponsored by
: Procharger and all there attention is around
: that class... So running 1/4 against a
: boosted deal is just a waste! But why do we
: keep taking the "lungs" away from
: N20 combos? 4units to 3, 3 to 2, and so on?
: MPH shows CLEARLY that No N2O even comes
: close to making the HP of the Boosted guys.
: But we continue to take weight away and that
: is not the answer! Why can't a big inch
: multi stage N2O car run at a boosted weight
: and competitive? The blowers get bigger, we
: hang weight on them or make them drop down a
: blower size. Then blower companies rework
: the smaller units to make them just and fast
: as the bigger one that was banned.
: In short from my point of view I don't want
: anyone banned or "Ruled out" but
: if I'm willing to run 100lbs heavier in
: order to run a combo that can compete with
: blower and Turbo cars, then why shouldn't
: that be an option?
: I just want to race without pulling up next
: to a $300k operation that is here to win
: $3500! This was started by some of us more
: than 10 years ago, and honestly I'm not
: ready to go boosted or throw in the towel.
: All I ask is not tie our hands with petty
: specifications about the number of units a
: N2O has that is 12 mph behind the top
: boosted car...
: Thank you all, and I hope to line up next to
: you in 2015.

: these new blowers and billet this or that is
: gonna ruin our class
: time to stop it before it too late
