John Force was DQ'd in Vegas a few years back when he left before the tree was activated, the guy he was racing did the same thing and per NHRA Rule at that time both cars were DQ'd... Force went crazy on National TV, then NHRA changed the rule to the 1st car that left was DQ'd, 2nd car would advance to the next round without lane choice
