Just to let those who dont know and to remind those who do know.......10.60 Index class came straight from the Nostalgic D/Gas class.
It was racers who raced the D/Gas class that asked Mel to put the Index together.
The whole idea is just simple, its heads up! Yes some of you want to argue its not but its the only type of Heads Up that isn't driven by the deepest pockets. It runs off a .400 Pro tree and thats was it. I have read this whole post and for the life of me I cant figure out why some want to make it a .500 tree???
Whats wrong with the 10.60 Index Class??
If there is nothing wrong with it why change it??
Is there a problem with some of the other Index Classes? Not enough car count? Then maybe they dont need to run.
I guess my thought is why fix some thing that isn't broke. The Gas Classes are the most highly supported classes in Nostalgic racing and as from what I have seen the same in PSCA.
I guess we all have to remember you cant be all to everyone!
