Excellent thinking, I wish I had thought of it first. Actually, Mel already has the starter's uniform for our first female starter, two of the small PSCA decals and a cork. Guys will be cutting some awful lights I predict.
Because of my vast experience in this area, I will be in charge of the tryouts and with instructing the young ladies how to hold "the pole", ugh, the one that the flag is attached too.
What did you think I meant?

: Now George, don't get me wrong but a
: FlagMAN???
:
: Now a FlagGIRL and I would be red all the
: time. You might need a 10 second tree for

: One thing great about drag racing is that
: nothing changes. There are always people
: that will complain about a 4/10's tree vs. a
: 5/10's tree, about deep staging vs. no deep
: staging. The more choices the racers get,
: the more they argue. I think we should all
: go back to using a flagman at the starting
: line and one guy at the top end to call out
: which lane won.
:
: Keepin' it simple, keepin' it real.

: The difference is that a footbrake car can
: cut a good light on the .5 protree without
: deep staging.

: im new to this whole bracket racin
: stuff...hence why i do so shitty on my
: reaction times and what not...but n e ways,
: question is, what would be the difference if
: mel changed the tree times? thanx guys.

: Dan I thought you like it when people yelled
: at you. Besides I thought you were retiring
:
: Mel keep it the way it is, no changes should
: be made mid season if a change is going to
: be made wait until the last race and ask for
: the racers opinions for next season.

: Why dont you just do away with deep staging
: in
: open comp and mustang by making it a 5/10ths
: pro tree. I think if you ask the racers most
: would rather not go deep. Plus I wont get
: yelled at anymore, lol.
