Dave,
looking at the Qualifying order in Vegas at the last race... Quick St. and Super didnt seem to have a high amount of cars that didnt run the number (Qualifying is not a great place to look for these stats, because some are testing etc.) But Mean street appeared to have the most that didnt get into the 10.60's... instead of Voting for ALL the index classes to aquire this change.. have a seperate vote...PER Class...
Just my thought about car counts... Racers will race no matter what.... UNLESS they dont have the money to go! (getting admission fees etc. lowered or larger purses could help car counts, you never know... since no one has read any bailout plans, Energy Bills, Health Bills Etc. lets take a look... there might be some $$$ in there for us Racers!!)
