I was going to stay out of this post, but I have to say something. There will always be someone complaining about the rules, rule changes, comparing other classes and organizations. People are people, and as always a new class attracts new cars until someone goes fast and then they disappear. Limited Started off with more cars and then Presto. People asked for rule changes, and never shows up to race. Eddie showed up and he was not even the one who asked for the EFI change. So I think if you have a car to run in Limited, Bring it out, enter it in the class, then asked for help -- I mean changes. As to what Gary said about NOS cars being at a disadvantage, I don't think so. He's been low 8.80's, I've been in the 8.70's and Tony went 8.93. Russ been in the 8.70's and Eddie been in the 8.80's. That seems like a tight field. You never seen me ask for anything when Gary was going 8.80's and I was only going 9.00's - Sometimes. I just stepped my game up. your asking to run a dominator on a N/A deal. I personally don't think it will make that much difference on a 415ci small block. It might slow the car down. If you want a rule change, or if anybody wants a rule changed, I think they should have to enter the car in Limited Street, Race at a race, then they will have a legit argument. You’re allowed a one race courtesy to run and change anything illegal. Rules will always be changed, and Mel made all the changes he made to try and keep this class around. So if anyone who reads this post has a car to run in the class, and wants the class to stay around, bring it out and run it. If you don’t think it will be competitive, then just buy my car and get Crackin. Oh and it’s no were near $100,000.00 For that much you can get: Race Car, 2005 Enclosed Trailer, 2007.5 2500HD, 99 Street Challenge SS Camaro, and a Hug.
. Oh well let's see what happens with this post. Later, Craig Limited 1.
