Makes alot of sense.. Instead of changing the rules for everyone that can run the number, and paid dearly to do so, If car counts are an issue..I would say set up a NEW class, We can call it Street Factor, and have 10.90, 9.90, 8.90 and 7.90 cars all run in it.. on their respected index.. And see how many cars are added to the PSCA... before changing it for everyone.
NHRA figures a 0.15 factor in Vegas, for the Heritage series.
Your car can run in the thirties in Fontana... it should run better than a .60 in Vegas.... You and I run the same size motor.. most of the parts are about the same, and I believe we weigh about the same........
