**New rule change for Gary Brant**

"EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY"

In an effort to have the Limited Street class cars leave the starting line simultaneously, the PSCA will now allow the tree to drop 3tenths sooner in lane that stages up the Mustang of Gary Brant. The PSCA will re-evaluate this rule change over the next couple of races to see if additional time is necessary to insure fairness and an equal playing field.
