Tom,
If we leave this in the hands of the Tracks, We will definitely lose the privilege of having golf carts etc. The tracks are already warning people "not to drive motorized vehicles in pits for pleasure" I think the drivers should help enforce not letting people....or Kids drive recklessly, I'd hate to lose the use of scooters/carts because of some Kid screwing off!
Or the one responsible will have to carry my Dad to the starting line!!
