Goin Postal Jeep
For sale 1972 tube chassis drag Jeep roller.
Built by Pete Johnson P.R.C.
Steel body, Glass front end, Stretched in the door area to make a 100’’ wheel base. Frame is 2x3 mild steel square tube. Molly cage certied to 8.50.
Is set up for bbc and a glide .
Its weight is 1800 lbs with a all iron bbc. At race weight .
Front end is Smithcraft a-arm front end, Flaming river pinto style rack. Ford disk brakes .M\T front rims and 24’’ tires.
Rear is a ford 9 in. Strange aluminum bolt threw big bearing 35 spline axels all Strange . Drum rear brakes. 29.5x11.5x15’’ et drags. 8 1/8 mile hits on them. Comes with 33x14x15’’ paddles for sand drags. Wheelie bars
This jeep has gone 3.99et at the N.S.D.A. sand drags. And 5.70 in the eight mile drag strip. With a 477 bbc,
Inside has all Auto Meter silver faced gauges, Play back tack, M.S.D 7al,launch control and coil, Kirkey seats with cloth gray covers, All tin work has been powder coated gray, Roll cage is painted black.
The jeep is Viper red, Has a five gallon fuel cell with a Holley blue pump,
It is set up for n20 as well it has a front mounted fuel cell with a Holley blue pump.
