Rickey, I have a problem squating in a wide stance. My hips hurt me on the way down and it seems as though I have no power coming up. Everything I have read and seen suggests that in order to have the big squat, you must lift like this. Is that a true statement? What suggestions do you have to help correct this problem I am having.
