I have used NO-Xplode by BSN before and here is my opinion:
Initial reaction to NO-Xplode was a slight buzzing sensation where I felt I can do everything in the gym without becoming tired. That was only with 2 scoops.
But after a few days of using it, that sensation where "I felt like the HULK!" went away. Increasing to the maximum dosage of 3 scoops did nothing noticible except for an upset stomach.
4 weeks later, I started having diarrhea every day...I stopped using it, and diarrhea went away.
The funny thing that after I stopped using NO-Xplode, and switch to my old method of protein shake and two caffine pills before a workout, I felt no difference in strength, the fatigue level, etc etc whatever BSN claimed promote when using NO-Xplode...
Would I buy any NOx product again?...no...because 1)other than caffine like sensation, any other gains you are going to get is through hard work 2)upset stomach/diarrhea 3)price...compared to caffine pills and protein shake.
To go a bit further, if you are worried about being tired during your workout, I recommend just gatorade/powerade/sports drink, it cheaper and works just the same.
Bottom line:
Eat something an hour before workout...I mean healthy food not fast food. Protein shake or meal replacements are good too.
Coffee, red bull, caffinated drinks, caffine pills will help.
During workout, drink lots of water or sports drink, depending on your budget.
Check with your doctor if you have any sort of heart conditions etc etc before using stimulants...for safety reasons.

: the only problem is you are paying for an absolutely worthless
: product....NOX2..........which is an absolute joke...a waste of
: money and in my mind if you sell it to people you are ripping
: them off..there is a small amount of caffeine in it...you might
: as well take your creatine and drink some coffee or take a coke
: on the side...
:
: buy the stimulant seprately and and pay 1/10th as much....

: that is creatine based with a stimulant. I personally started
