Hey Rickey, I tried a modified sumo last night at the gym. I think I like it better than conventional style but I noticed when I get around 500 to 550 I tend to lead with my butt first! I like this style since it takes alot of pain out of my back but my form is off, My question would be, how should my feet be pointed- straight or toes out at a 30degree angle? Also what other exercises should I do to help with this new style? I also felt like the weight was over my arch to the ball of my feet. Should I be feeling the weight more on my heels or what? I will be down this weekend to see if kim cam make another adjustment on my squat suit and to talk to you about my form if you are available. I tried to pull 600lbs and I got it up to my knee's but my butt came up first. I really think if someone could help me or correct me I could pull the 600 or maybe even more. Even with my bad form my back is not sore at all. Is the deadlift training CD available for purchase yet? Thanks in advance!!!
