hello jay.....
the 16 week cycle ends the week before the meet...so on the week of the meet you are doing openers on bp and sq on mon and tuesday...
then rest til that weekend ...
jumps depend on length of cycle.....and the weight you are ending with......if someone squats 300 pounds probaBLY 10 A WEEK IS FINE...IF YOU ARE SQUATTNG 500-600 THEN 20 IS FINE......ETC..
