I have heard about your 16 week routine in which you prescribe 8 weeks of 5s followed by 8 weeks of 3s. Would you advise a back off week before competition or finish on a heavy set of 3 the week prior to a meet. Do you advise 10 or 20 pound jumps per week? Any advice is much appreciated. Thankyou.
