i was an avid weight lifter for some years than i had a motor cycle acident that the recovery was long and difficult.i feel week andsloppy,but my intrest is in powerlifting and it always has. i'm ready to train for it with everything i've got and mabee compete in this or the strongman competition, or both.any how back to my question where should i start? i used to be an extremely strong guy. at 21 i could bench 450lbs. for 1 rep. i know i'm capable just don't know were to start routene wise all new exercises and reps and weight, i didn't work legs as much as i probably should've.any help would be very much appriciated.ps. and equipment/clothing i might need too ok thanks bro'bigdawg haus!
