My gym shut down a few months back and now I have to work out of my garage (to far to the next gym 40 miles). My squat and bench seems to be going down due to no spotters. Any suggestions on keeping up my strength levels for competitions without spotters; I average equipped 500-525 squat,
330-350 bench and 440-465 deadlift. By the way, I'm a 60 year old Viet Nam Veteran with lost of use of lower left leg. Thanks and Peace
