What would you recommend in terms of bar placement if I squat narrow stance (slightly closer than shoulder width)? I think I have a short torso in relation to my legs. I feel more comfortable gripping the bar close, elbows down, and feet close together. Should I still try squatting low bar of would a higher bar placement keep me more upright?
