i squat on mondays and usually take the whole day sunday off.when would be a reasonable time to run.deadlifting is thrusday.i would like to run 2 days a week.if sundays need to be a run day,no problem.

my goals at this time is to try to gain as much mass/strength and get rid of the """""CHUB""" around the waist.i want to eventually pl,but too much hrs at wk at this time of yr (65-70wk,12-15hrs a day/construction driver) to concentrate solely for pl.OR IS IT??????
