A couple of years ago while doing some power cleans I hurt my back and was very stiff for about two weeks. I gave it some time and slowly reintroduced PC and working out in general with some back discomfort once in awhile (stiffness). During the holidays I was doing dumbell power cleans and finshed them successfully. I went to lift a 15 pound box of xmas lights and my back buckled. I was very stiff for 3 days. I decided to go get and MRI and was diagnosed with a bulging disk. So, I'm in a dilema about which route to take with this......and if I will be able to get back to normal. How are these injuries overcome? Surgery, physical therapy, limited motions? I want to lift! Anyone ou there with some advice or experiences.
