MR. Crain. I just want to say thank you. It was nice talking to a legend! I felt like I had known you for years you were just that friendly! Thanks a million it really made my whole year to meet you!!!Also congratulations to your son he made some big lifts! Thanks again!
P.S. I wore my beanie to squat in tonight and I am not 100% sure but I think it made me squat better
