What about Cobb?

What about Cobb County police? Their cars are around Powder Springs as well when they get called, so I assume Powder Springs is within their jurisdiction as well for partrols? Don't they help out too?
We have a remodeled downtown and a new library and other centers around it and new trails too. Sure, we need things in the city like that, but if the gang problem is so bad (and I've seen some of it, and it is getting worse) how come they maybe don't divert more of the city budget to hiring more officers that can patrol?
