we heard that as well from our realtor. we wanted to move closer to town to shorten our work commute and our realtor told us to avoid powder springs and move closer in.
we are looking in the smyrna area now and although it is more congested there are not as many rough characters walking around the neighborhood we are looking at compared to what we saw in powder springs when we were looking around.
do not give up! your house will sell but make sure you have a good agent.
