I am the am the owner of Sun Valley. We have never and will never allow our employees especially our teenagers to drink in our park. Several of our guards did hang out after to play in the pool, it was supervised by 2 managers and a parent of 5 of the children. A employee came in during the evening and was drunk, so my manager did the responsible thing and took her home, I would think that the parents would be thankful instead of blaming my staff for their daughter's bad behavior. I have have conducted interviews with all the kids that were here and feel that there was nothing to the allegations of the parents. I have attempted to contact them regarding this matter and they will not talk with me in an mature manner. I also would like to address the charge that my lifeguards are not trained: ALL without exception are Red Cross Certified, I take great offense to the allegations that my lifeguards steal, do drugs and sleep on duty, this is not TRUE. We treat our employees like family, Wayne and I try to make the work environment that is fun and safe for the children that work here. I want to assure that public that the charges by these people are untrue.
