We strongly suggest if you are aware of people hosting drinking parties for underage people, that you contact Cobb County Police ASAP as soon as you know about it - do not bother with owners of particular establishments.
No offense, but you may wish to not type in all CAPS and check your spelling, as some may think this is a crank post or written by a child, too.
