Yo Lone Eagle,
Just reading through the latest magazine from Michigan and read your column.
To say I was touched would be an understatment. It sure brought back a flood of memories. Every darn raindrop that landed on my bald head, every blister on my feet, and every pothole the ol truck hit. You yelling at me to slow down walking down Hemlock Mountain when I got all political and incensed. The games of cribbage we played - tain't me, that board is charmed. Thank you. I don't usually skunk you once, let alone 3 or was it 7 or was it 13 times? Regardless, it was great being able to just sit back with the rain on the lodge and sip a toddy and play a few games. Next time, the hunting will be better - promise.
