Pretty quiet here, anybody doing anything worth mentioning.
I found out about a "rendezvous" in Attascadero a couple of weeks ago and checked it out. Was held at a shooting range, so it was pretty casual. The targets were pretty good. Had a paper shooting match at the regular range, then some clangers on the other side. They called it a trail walk. Some were gimme's and others were pretty darn challenging. I did about mediocre on all of them.
Just arranged to take delivery of a full stock Hawken flinter from gun maker Steve Zihn of Wyoming. Quite a talented builder he is. Looking forward to getting it.
Other than that, it's just horns and horns and that's about all. Spent my powder allowance for the month at Attascadero. Went through better than a pound in one day.
