Hello To All,
I be packin th mules fir a trip up to th high Sierrason th morrow. Caught snow bout 10 days ago and that starts th migration of th critters down to the lower meadows. I will be checking the critter's girth after grazing on sweet summer grass, acorns and sum bacon and eggs that dern bear stole frim me. Will be watching th trail as to where they be wanderin soin as how I can set me traps for a January line to run. Black tail deer have been movin down th mountain and the Tule Elk are hanging close to the river down in the flat land. The wild boar are tearing it up near th Coast Range Mountains and th pigs are all over south of Pine Flat. Should be a good harvest in Jan & Feb and hope to git sum supple hides to tan and smoke.

I will be back here at th Kabin on Christmas Eve to spend quality time with me Bride and Daughter. All our families will join here at th Kabin on Christmas day for fun, food and frolic and we will spend time in conversation and reflections with y'all in our hearts and thoughts!
