Hi Tyler,
You might want to check with Bonnie Johnson who runs a place called The Gunsmith Company on the south side of SLC. If she is still in business, that is. She used to be pretty involved in muzzleloading and also pow wow, if memory serves me right. You're a month late to head up to Ft. Bridger, but you might could get some info from the office if you call them. Although they close for the winter, I think they stay open until it gets snowy.
If the above two things don't do anything, then call around the gun shops in the area and find out who sells black powder. They might know something.
