Thank you for the reply. The wound really has been a pain to deal with...If I can get on Dr. S schedule in 2009 I will ask him to close it-- otherwise I will have the wound closed locally and delay stage II a little longer. Thank you also for the beautiful work on the stacked diep--I have not regretted taking your advice to cut my losses and move forward with replacing the flap.
