Dear Sheri,
It mostly depends on how much tissue was removed from the donor site. The more tissue, the bigger the breast but the more drainage. It can also depend on where the fat was harvested. If it is taken from the low back, you will have a tendency towards more fluid collection than if it is collected from the upper buttock. So, long story short, yes, some are juicier than others....
