Hi. I'm 57 years old and had a mastectomy on Sept 16. I have a tissue expander and 50 cc of saline to date. I don't think I want to move forward with this and I am wondering if the expander is removed, will my muscle return to its' normal placement and heal quickly? Or, will the muscle always be separated and cause me some type of weakness or restrictions?
