TUG should be no less safe than any other method. Problems are that few women have enough fat to make a substantial breast in that area of their body. If they do, then they probably have another area that is better suited to borrow from. Short answer, hard to get very much fat from there. It is an area that tends to heal poorly due to moisture and thin skin. And, the scar (just like with any medial thigh lift) has a tendency to want to drift down from the original crease location over time leaving an unattractive closure line. So, you are right, I don't do that one!
