Appreciate all your detailed responses, truly amazing and complete devotion on your part in time spent answering all these questions. One final question with NS/DIEP: Tell me about the flap monitoring device with the implantable doppler probe now being used. My understanding is this is being used since there is no abdominal skin flap tissue visable with NS since the flap is buried. Is this correct?
