Thanks so much for the positive feedback! I really went out on a limb to do this - can't stand the spotlight and was so nervous - but it's this cause within "the" cause that has grabbed me. It bugs the heck out of me how few women know their options. I came so close to having another type of recon, if not for a string of unusual circumstances. Anyway, I don't understand why the word has not gotten out more about this. It's big news! The gals at the Internet news station - and they were all highly intelligent women - were flabbergasted to hear about this kind of recon. And I get this reaction from almost every woman I tell about this (and of course when they see the real thing - why, oh why, do we all feel so compelled to lift up our blouses after having this procedure?!). This series is supposed to be run at various places across the country this month, so hopefully it will help educate someone.
Thanks again. Maybe now I can stop cringing when I watch it!
