Dear Sandy,
This can happen with flap reconstructions,it is related to the fact that after substantial liposuction the diet is often abandoned to a degree, since the largest remaining deposit of fat cells remaining on the body is in the breast this area will naturally show any weight gain first.
Not a bad bit of lagniappe in most cases.
